tsm: Extended Second Degree

The Reiki tsm Extension Programme

The Extended Second Degree programme is additional to what is usually taught in a second degree class. This extension class is an adaptation of how I present the tsm material to my own students, for those who choose not to take the 'self discovery' path outlined on the next page.

Practical experience has demonstrated that the Reiki tsm programme is not an intellectual process. It is more than a data delivery process. What is being taught is how to see what was previously unseen, and the development of a different approach to the symbol practice. A period of practice and integration is necessary.

The Reiki tsm extension programme is formulated as two modules. Module one may be delivered virtually. Module two has been proven only in face to face delivery at this time.

Module one is in part a review of what may have been previously understood as the second degree practice, and guidance on a specific ways to develop the symbol practice. Taking module one does not require a commitment to taking module two.

Module two requires having completed module one, and a period of integration between modules. The time between modules will vary depending on the progress of the individual. An interpretation and experience of what is called the 'master symbol' is involved in module two. One does not become a teacher or Reiki Master as a result of taking this second module.

This extension programme is available to those with either second degree or master level training, after determining possible compatibility issues with different forms of practice and the teachings that will be given.

A suitable period for practice and experience after having taken the standard second degree class is required before taking the above modules as this is the necessary foundation practice for the extension programme. Evidence of previous Reiki training will be requested.

A small and modest fee will be asked of those who undertake these modules.
